DO I NEED A BUILDING PERMIT TO IMPROVE MY PROPERTY OR BUILD A FENCE?

Zoning and or building permits are required for any improvements and/or new fences. The cost of the permits are $10 per $1,000 the job costs. They are available at the West York Borough Offices.
