EVERYONE is invited to attend First Friday in Downtown York, presented by WellSpan Health!
First Friday is a celebration of Downtown shops, restaurants, cultural venues and nightlife hotspots. From 5-9 p.m., downtown shops and restaurants host special events, offer refreshments and promotions, and sponsor live entertainment.

It is with great honor and distinction that Latinos Unidos of York and Downtown Inc announce that April’s First Friday Latino will be held at the Central Market in the Philadelphia Seating Area. Enjoy salsa lessons from 7-8 p.m. and dance, food and drinks from 8-10 p.m.
Central Market also has partnered with York College of Pennsylvania to bring you an exciting Science Fair engaging both adults and children with activities including visual illusions, auditory illusions, coloring pages, mirror drawing and more. Visit Central Market York to check out the fun!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAAM) and this year has seen an even greater emphasis on BELIEVING VICTIMS. YWCA York welcomes your participation in this year’s kick-off, scheduled for 5 p.m. Friday, April 6, at Cherry Lane Park.
This year’s campaign focuses on embracing your voice. Our Victim Assistance Center is urging community members to embrace their voice to show support for survivors, stand up to victim blaming, correct harmful misconceptions, promote everyday consent, and practice healthy communications with children. We look forward to seeing you and as always, we appreciate your commitment to ending sexual violence in our community.
