WHO MUST REGISTER FOR THE BOROUGH PER CAPITA TAX?
All persons 18 or older living in the Borough must register with the Borough for the Per Capita Tax. This is regardless of if the resident is a renter, homeowner or occupant of a home. All Landlords must report tenants to the Borough.
